2003-2008年までMISHAAL主宰のベリーダンス・アンサンブル、サマンヨルのメンバーとして、フジロックなどの大規模イヴェントからアンダーグラウンドなクラブ・パーティー、各地のショウやワークショップ、映画、DVD、TVなどで活躍。
現在はオリエンタルスタイルに留まらず、ジャンルの垣根を越えたアーティスト達との共演／セッションなども精力的に行いつつ、ソロのパフォーマンスでは、独自の音、舞の世界を、モダン／アーバンかつアンダーグラウンドな妖域においても披露している。あらゆる空間を瞬時のうちに異空間へと変貌させるステージが注目を集めている。

ブカレスト生まれ、9 歳の時にギターを始め、アメリカ、ハンガリー、イギリス、日本などで育つ。モロッコで出会ったグナワ音楽に深く傾倒し、Hassan el Gadiri から譲り受けたギンブリで氏から奏法などを少し習い、以後はグナワ音楽を独学で続ける。「the firefly clan」 による「Sun and Rain」は iTunes Japan のブルーズジャンル、アルバム 1 位獲得。沖縄発のグナワ・フュージョンバンド「GINNAWA」でも活躍中。

神戸在住のDJ HALとDJ PWUの2人による2DJ 4TurntableスタイルのDJユニット。ブレイクビーツを軸にhiphop, ダブ、ハウス、アフロ、レゲエ、ミニマルテクノ、クリックビート、などなど様々なレコードを独自の感覚で並列にチョイスし、ミキサー、エフェクター、スクラッチを駆使して独自のグルーブを渦巻かす、ダンサブルなスタイルで地下シーンをドープに揺さぶっている。これまでに土俵がお届けする人気ミックスシリーズdo-hyo-マガジンのvol.01.04.07.09.13を担当。do-hyoオリジンのコンピレーションアルバムにもtrackを提供している。

HALPTRIBE (phc / Dohyo orizin)
is a 2DJ 4Turntable style DJ unit of DJ HAL and DJ PWU from Kobe. Based on breakbeats, they mix various genre of music such as hiphop, dub, house, afro, reggae, minimal techno, clickbeats with their unique juxtaposition. They’ve been rocking the underground scene with their danceable style utilizing mixers, effecters and scratching to create a one-of-a-kind groove. So far, they handled the popular mix series from Dohyo called “Dohyo-magazine” Vol.01,04,07,09 and 13. Additionally, they provided a track to Do-hyo orizin’s compilation album.

In the late eighties, he began his career as a drummer, influenced by punk and hardcore.
Through his experiences with many different bands, he encountered rave culture in the UK when he was there for a studio session. Consequently, he started DJing and played an important role in the early techno of the 1990s.
Since 1995, he performed in many big festivals, such as Fuji Rock, as well as underground parties as one of the central members of the charismatic jam band SOFT, and released four albums with them.
At the same time, he started the improvisational techno band "AOA" with BOREDOMS members. They performed in many rave scenes, from locations all over Japan to Australia, releasing five albums.
Also, as a DJ, he played numerous festivals and parties, including RAINBOW2000/MOTHER/Nagisa Ongakusai/ZETTAI-MU/LIFE FORCE/FLOWER OF LIFE/Message Of Love.
In 2006, he joined BASED ON KYOTO. Their first single FLOWER was released in 2007, and Giles Peterson fell in love with it on first hearing it, then played it on his popular radio show "WORLDWIDE."
In the same year, he and EYE from the BOREDOMS, under the unit name SKY∃, remixed the hit tune "Conga la gotta" by the jam band DACHAMBO, who have won over not only club fans but rock fans, as well. Many of his remixes can be heard on DJ playlists and continue to be played as dance floor hits.
In 2007, he moved to Okinawa and formed Churashima Navigator with DJ Nu-doh, Kanako Horiuchi, Daiho Soga and HARIKUYAMAKU, doing gigs and making music as well as providing remixes to OUTDRAW and the Istanbul unit Yakaza Ensemble.
He also does mastering for the COUNTERPOINT EP series by J.A.K.A.M. and so on. As a DJ, he organizes the monthly party UREI, which is held on the 4th Saturday of the month at Otobola in Koza, as well as Okinawa's biggest bass music party/label "budryukyu."

`85年ハードコアパンクに影響を受けドラマーとしてバンドを始め音楽の道へ。`95年〜`05「SOFT」「AOA」の中心メンバーとしてフジロックフェスからアンダーグラウンドシーンまで様々な現場で活動。同時期レインボウ2000等、日本のテクノシーン黎明期のにDJとして関わる。これまでに数多くのバンド/ユニットに参加。個人名義でのリミックス、MIXCD等リリース多数。07年よりコザに活動拠点を移し現在「CHURASHIMA NAVIGATOR」としてLIVEや楽曲制作を行っている。

'94年、京都にてクラブ活動開始。ある日、友人宅でなにげに触ったターンテーブルの魔法にかかり、djを始めてしまう。
おとこ以上にオスを秘めた芯の太いグルーヴと、可憐な花にもなってみせる異彩の両性類。'09年夏、ふたつの虹に導かれ沖縄へ。 '12年よりはコザへと拠点を移し、OTOBOLAの第四土曜日”UREI”にてoutput宙~。さらなる音楽の旅もつづく。。

沖縄県出身/DJ。20代を東京で過ごしDJとして都内各所様々な現場やPartyを体験、2011年に沖縄へ戻り音楽と米軍の街コザ"OTOBOLA"、那覇の桜坂深海スポット"g"などを主にその体験を基とし地元沖縄
でさらにアップデート、沖縄ローカルDJから内地または海外からアーティストとも親交を深めつつフリーキーかつ精力的に活動。
音楽嗜好もジャンルレス多岐に渡り、ダンスフロアーからラウンジ、様々なシチュエーションで独自のサイケデリクスなフィルターを通して、最新のエレクトリックなサウンド、さらにそのルーツである世界各地の民族音楽までをジャンルレスにサイケデリックチャンプルーする沖縄においても稀な世界観を表現するウチナーDJである。

Kuniyuki Takahashi is based in Sapporo, Japan. His unique musical sense can be described as borderless, and he has been highly praised by producers and DJs from all over the world. He released “Precious Hall,” a tribute song for the clubs in his hometown of Sapporo, through Natural Resource (organized by Joe Claussell), took part in the compilation of 4Hero Dego’s 2000Black, remixed “Cascades of Colour” by Ananda Project, and also released the single “Earth Beats” from Mule Musiq, gaining the passionate support of numerous DJs. From his first album “We are Together” in 2006, he has released seven titles, and with his latest album, “Feather World” in 2012, his music entered a new phase, featuring the one-of-a-kind jazz pianist Fumio Ishibashi and fellow artist Henrik Schwarz. In recent years, he has actively collaborated with international artists such as DJ Nature and Mr Raoul K, also remixing domestic artists such as the Amami Shimauta folksong singer Asazaki Ikue as well as MAREWREW, who sing traditional Ainu songs, and Mouse On The Keys. Since 2013, he has taken part in DJ EMMA's Acid City compilation project, and his track “Acid Air,” which was included on their recent release “Acid City 2,” has been played by DJ Hervey, Giles Peterson and others. In recent years, he has performed not only in Japan but abroad, as well, in Europe, South Africa and elsewhere, where his particular live style has featured a powerful combination of improvisation and dance music.

HIKARU has been travelling around all of Japan's best parties. He was born as a relaxed second child, and he loves cats a lot. He was a resident DJ at GRASSROOTS, a legendary club in Koenji, then moved to Okinawa. He is a trusted DJ who can handle larger outdoor festivals and mega clubs, support international artists and electrify underground parties. Dub, reggae, hip hop, soul, funk, disco, breakbeat, house, techno, jazz, rock, ambient and many kinds of world music, HIKARU is known for freely mixing a wide range of genres—a “free-form” beyond “free-form.” His one-of-a-kind interpretation of music grabs the audience with its depth and breadth.From 1997, he started a music unit called “Blast Head” with DJ TETSU. He released his first and second albums during 1999 to 2000, which were praised by CHARI CHARI and EYE from Boredoms. In 2001, he established his own label called “Free Hand,” and also released his 3rd album, “Head Music,” which has been widely accepted by the scene as a masterpiece that represents HIKARU’s eclectic style. It was also licensed in compilations by CHARICHARI and CALM. In 2002, his 4th album, “Landscape,” showcases an even freer style, fascinating a wide audience of listeners. In 2004, he produced a song for UA’s album, remixed a Rebel Familia song, and worked on a mix CD for REBIRTH. In 2007, he released "Outdoor," his first new album in five years, which was followed by his 6th album, “NU ISLAND,” in 2009.

高円寺の人間交差点こと〈GRASSROOTS〉のハコ番を経て、沖縄へ移住。
大規模な野外フェスティバルや、大バコで海外アーティストのサポートからアンダーグラウンド・パーティーまで、どんな現場でもこなしてしまう現在もっともパーティ・シーンから厚く信頼されるDJだ。
ダブ、レゲエ、ヒップホップ、ソウル、ファンク、ディスコ、ブレイクビーツ、ハウス、テクノ、ジャズ、ロック、アンビエント、様々なワールド・ミュージック等々、「フリー・フォームを超えたフリー・フォーム」と云われるほどの自由な在り方で、古今東西縦横無尽にジャンルを超えてオール・ミックス。独自の解釈でいとも自然に混ぜ合わせ、聴く者を引き込んで行ってしまう彼のプレイは誰にも真似出来ない。当然その音楽性は浅く広い訳ではなく、「深く広い」！

In the same year, he and EYE from the BOREDOMS, under the unit name SKY∃, remixed the hit tune "Conga la gotta" by the jam band DACHAMBO, who have won over not only club fans but rock fans, as well. Many of his remixes can be heard on DJ playlists and continue to be played as dance floor hits.
In 2007, he moved to Okinawa and formed Churashima Navigator with DJ Nu-doh, Kanako Horiuchi, Daiho Soga and HARIKUYAMAKU, doing gigs and making music as well as providing remixes to OUTDRAW and the Istanbul unit Yakaza Ensemble.
He also does mastering for the COUNTERPOINT EP series by J.A.K.A.M. and so on. As a DJ, he organizes the monthly party UREI, which is held on the 4th Saturday of the month at Otobola in Koza, as well as Okinawa's biggest bass music party/label "budryukyu."

でさらにアップデート、沖縄ローカルDJから内地または海外からアーティストとも親交を深めつつフリーキーかつ精力的に活動。

Originally from Hokkaido, he’s a promising Japanese DJ in Thailand, active in the forefront of music scene. In 2010, he started the party called “GIANT SWING”. It became a movement throughout Asia and won the highest praise by the party people from all over the world as well as the people from the local music industry. He’s been spending more time on the dancefloor in Thailand than anywhere else, his style seems to be free from any kind of ordinary restraints: his positive vibes and his unique relaxed personality attract everyone in the true sense. He also works for Zudrangma HQ Records Store in Maft Sai and plays brilliantly various world music such as Thai, African and Jamaican. He tours around Japan every year and making the groove wherever he goes with his perfect play.

Maft SaiのZudrangma HQ Records Storeの店員もつとめ、タイ／アフリカ／ジャマイカなどワールドミュージック寄りのセットも素晴らしい。
毎年の日本ツアーも恒例となりつつあり、常に「良い湯加減」なDJプレイで各地を最高のムードに包んでいる。

In the late eighties, he began his career as a drummer, influenced by punk and hardcore.
Through his experiences with many different bands, he encountered rave culture in the UK when he was there for a studio session. Consequently, he started DJing and played an important role in the early techno of the 1990s.
Since 1995, he performed in many big festivals, such as Fuji Rock, as well as underground parties as one of the central members of the charismatic jam band SOFT, and released four albums with them.
At the same time, he started the improvisational techno band "AOA" with BOREDOMS members. They performed in many rave scenes, from locations all over Japan to Australia, releasing five albums.
Also, as a DJ, he played numerous festivals and parties, including RAINBOW2000/MOTHER/Nagisa Ongakusai/ZETTAI-MU/LIFE FORCE/FLOWER OF LIFE/Message Of Love.
In 2006, he joined BASED ON KYOTO. Their first single FLOWER was released in 2007, and Giles Peterson fell in love with it on first hearing it, then played it on his popular radio show "WORLDWIDE."
